Our teams are made up of a number of talented individuals focused on various key areas of the operation. Our staff are ultimately responsible for ensuring our children are having a great and safe experience. The roles we recruit for are Activity Instructors, Lifeguards, Early Years Practitioners and Specialist Course Leaders.
These members of staff are managed by the Camp Leadership Team comprising of Camp Managers and at some locations, Assistant Camp Manager and Early Years Managers.
Reporting into our Head Office based Operations Team, our Regional Managers are the eyes and ears of our team. With up to 9 Camp Managers reporting to them, the Regional Managers are tasked with ensuring best practice and providing the highest standard of coaching and mentoring to our Camp Managers.
With specialist courses such as Cookery, LEGO® Play and Bushcraft: Rainforest Survival, we also recruit for a number of exciting specialist roles that are integral to bringing these activities to life. Full training is always provided, making this a great addition to any CV.
