Our Head Office Team are at the hub of organising everything pre, post and during Camp work to ensure our seasonal staff, host venues, parents/carers and most importantly, children, have a positive and memorable experience on Camp.
A high percentage of our Head Office Team have begun their SuperCamps journey on camp and progressed into full-time, permanent Management Roles in Head Office.
SuperCamps are proud to be part of a wider portfolio of successful companies known as the Active Learning Group. As part of this group, further opportunities are available to progress your career whilst remaining in the group. We also work closely with our sister companies, The Bushcraft Company and Ardmore Language Schools, allowing staff to interchange and develop a unique career path.
We are passionate about having the right people in the right roles and are committed to their development. Every member of staff will have a unique development plan and series of training opportunities that link into those.
Behind the scenes, we also have a number of teams working to ensure that SuperCamps remains one of the leading providers. These departments include:
Customer Service and Sales
HR and Recruitment
In addition to our seasonal camps, we offer a number of Term-Time roles to assist with the smooth operation of our Breakfast and After-School clubs, currently based as four of our host venue schools. Delivering Term-Time Wraparound Care provision for busy, working parents, our SuperClubs staff are responsible for delivering a creative and engaging programme of activities, liasing directly with parents to create bookings and handle requests, as well as helping to plan and prepare a variety of healthy morning and afternoon refreshments and snacks.
